- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium flooring products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and installation requirements, these products cannot be returned:
- Carpet Padding (once unrolled and cut)
- Cut-to-Length flooring materials
- Commercial Floor Mats with visible wear
- Any custom-ordered flooring products

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Affix the return label we provide (for prepaid returns)
- Ship the package to our Miami warehouse
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:

- Clearly indicate the replacement product you want
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Any price difference will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
