Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and installation requirements, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Carpet Padding (once unrolled and cut)
- Cut-to-Length flooring materials
- Commercial Floor Mats with visible wear
- Any custom-ordered flooring products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your return request:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Affix the return label we provide (for prepaid returns)
- Ship the package to our Miami warehouse
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement product you want
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Any price difference will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item with prepaid shipping
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please allow extra time for international returns to be processed
