Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and installation requirements, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Carpet Padding (once unrolled and cut)
  • Cut-to-Length flooring materials
  • Commercial Floor Mats with visible wear
  • Any custom-ordered flooring products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  1. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
  2. Include all original tags and accessories
  3. Affix the return label we provide (for prepaid returns)
  4. Ship the package to our Miami warehouse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
